Vidisha, Sept 24 (ANI): Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh on Monday charged the Shivraj Singh Chauhan-led Madhya Pradesh Government of indulging in corruption to the tune of over Rs. 100 crores, and said the time has now come for a change.
