The famous charity event – American Foundation for AIDS Research aka amfAR is a star-studded affair every year. Popular celebrities grace the occasion with their presence and contribute in their way towards the charity. The star-studded affair this year saw Nicki Minaj, Shanina Shaik, Lara Stone and Irina Shayk shined at Cap d'Antibes, the venue of the charity show this year.
But one star that successfully stood out of the lot. Bella Hadid turned heads not once but twice. On one side, she rocked a studded gown and on the other, she threw some shade at Joe Jonas. Now why particularly him? Find out below.

The famous Jonas brother, who has been making headlines for his relationship with Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner, at one point used to date Bella's sister Gigi Hadid. When Bella and Kissing Strangers singer crossed paths on the red carpet of amfAR, the model greeted him in the most awkward way.
Yes, instead of hugging the singer properly like any other celebrity present at the event, the 20-year-old gave Joe a distant peck on his cheek and moved on. Is Bella still sour about the Jonas brother breaking her sister's heart?
It seems like so. Though Bella knows Joe as Gigi's ex, the two have been family friends since they were young. The sisters were introduced to the Jonas brothers by their family, Harper Bazaar notes. Joe asked Gigi out and they teenagers were soon as couple. But things fell apart and the two moved on to their current partners. However, a source told US Weekly that "they will definitely remain friends," HB reported.
While Gigi did not comment about her sister and her ex's running into each other, she did comment on Bella's stunning gown. The proud sister was bowled over by the starry outfit and couldn't stop herself from sharing the pictures on twitter. Captioned: "Wow," the model sister expressed her aw towards Bella's dress.

The show-it-all sheer dress showed so much skin that it left very less to the imagination.
The racy gown was designed by Ralph and Russo, Daily Mail notes. The model's modesty was protected with nude colour underwear and a risky slash.
