The latest Malayalam movie of Dhyan Sreenivasan, titled Ore Mukham, is set to hit the screens all over the UAE and GCC markets on Thursday, December 15. It has bagged PG 15 certificate abroad and will be screened in 52 cinemas in the Middle East.
The campus entertainer narrated against the backdrop of the 1980s has been opened to a mixed response from the audience in Kerala. Critics have tagged it as a namesake thriller that is being helmed by Sajith Jagadnandan.
Dhyan plays as Zacharia Pothen, a rich and arrogant senior student who is ready to go to any extent. The campus love story also goes through some comic sequences taking us back to a time on how people enjoyed their college life during the 80s apart from solving a mystery that unfolded at the institution.
Prayaga Martin and Gayathri Suresh play the female lead roles in the movie, which also has an ensemble cast, including Arjun Nandhakumar, Deepak Parambol, Chemban Vinod, Renji Panicker, Jewel Mary and Devi Ajith, among many others. While Bijibal has composed the music of the movie, Satheesh Kurup has handled the cinematography and editing has been done by Ranjan Abraham. Scripted by Deepu S Nair and Sandeep Sadanandan, Ore Mukham is being bankrolled by Jayalal Menon and Anil Biswas under the banner of Backwater Studio.
The campus thriller, which was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on November 11, was postponed to December 2 due to demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 currency notes in India.
