Actor Sreenivasan made a mark in the Malayalam entertainment industry as a noted actor and director. And so has his son, Vineeth Sreenivasan, who as a young filmmaker, actor and singer, made three hits at the Kerala box office, including "Thattathin Marayathu", "Oru Vadakkan Selfie" and "Malarvadi Arts Club".
Now, if reports are to be believed, Dhyan Sreenivasan is also set to join the league of his father and brother by making his directorial debut soon. The actor reportedly revealed the news during Morning No 1 chat show in Red FM recently. As of now, the details on the cast and crew of the movie is not out but reports suggest that shooting for the movie may begin in October and might hit the theatres in 2017.
Dhyan is currently assisting his brother, Vineeth, for the upcoming Nivin Pauly-starrer "Jacobinte Swargarajyam", which also has Sreenath Bhasi, Renji Panicker, Gautham Vasudev Menon in pivotal roles. The film, mainly shot in Dubai, is scheduled to hit screens during Summer 2016.
The young actor, who began his acting debut in the 2013 film "Thira", was last seen in Basil Joseph's "Kunjiramayanam" and the recently released comedy entertainer "Adi Kapyare Kootamani", directed by John Varghese. The movies opened to mixed responses from the movie-goers, but was tagged as decent entertaining comedy flicks in Malayalam. The makers of "Adi Kapyare Kootamani" have also announced that the film will have sequel, which will be released in 2016.
