Since the time it was released, "Dhoom 3" has been creating box office records in both India and the international arena. After becoming the fastest Indian film to cross ₹100 crore mark, "Dhoom 3" has set another target by earning ₹200 crore at the worldwide box office in just four days.

The box office earnings of "Dhoom 3" has set a new benchmark for Bollywood films.

Earlier in the year, Hrithik Roshan's "Krrish 3" had crossed the double century mark in one week, while Shah Rukh Khan's "Chennai Express" took nine days to reach the mark. However, "Dhoom 3" took just four days to reach the goal and also became the fastest ₹200 crore grosser film ever.

In India, the film has taken its six days total to ₹149.46 crore, which is a new record.

In overseas markets, "Dhoom 3" has made a total business of around ₹73.17 crore from four days of theatrical run. Thus, the overall total of the film stands at ₹222.63 crore.

According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film has surpassed the double century mark in just four days.

"So here's *Fri to Mon* total of #Dhoom3... India ₹ 129.32 cr + Overseas ₹ 73.17 cr. Worldwide total: ₹ 202.49 cr. MIND-BOGGLING!" he tweeted on Tuesday.

The film is setting new targets in the international markets, especially in New Zealand and Australian box offices.

Aamir Khan's "3 Idiots" is still the highest grosser film in the overseas markets but his latest release is breaking records at several overseas circuits.

"Dhoom3 is setting new benchmarks in New Zealand. Becomes the HIGHEST GROSSER EVER there. Dhoom3 is all set to overtake #3Idiots and become the HIGHEST GROSSER EVER in Australia. Fabulous," Adarsh tweeted.

Till Tuesday, the film raked in ₹5.71 crore (A$ 1,037,352) from Australia box office, ₹1.57 crore (NZ$ 310,283) from New Zealand and ₹12.62 crore (£ 1,248,796) from UK box office, according to Adarsh.

While, from USA-Canada and UAE-GCC circuits "Dhoom 3" minted ₹23.96 crore ($ 3,880,000) and ₹19.98 crore ($ 3,235,000) respectively till Monday.

Apart from Aamir, the action thriller also features Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra in the lead roles. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the film is produced under the Yash Raj banner.
