Actor Dhanush is keen to work with none other than Kiccha Sudeep. The actor revealed the new development at the audio launch function of the Kannada star's forthcoming Tamil flick, "'Mudinja Ivana Pudi."

Speaking at the audio release function, the "Kolaveri Di" hitmaker said that he was bowled over by Sudeep's performance in "Naan Ee," the Tamil dubbed version of blockbuster Telugu film "Eega." Dhanush recalled calling Kiccha to praise his performance and also expressed his wish to team up with Kiccha for a film.

"I hav desire 2 act with many actors;i have done with @Siva_Kartikeyan #Vijaysethupathibut nw i hav desire 2 act with @KicchaSudeep -#Dhanush," the actor was quoted in a tweet by media public relation executive Diamond Babu.

The makers of "Mudinja Ivana Pudi" had organised the audio launch of the film on Wednesday, July 20, and it was attended by a host of celebrities, including Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi.

Dhanush is currently busy with multiple projects and is getting ready for the release of Durai Senthil Kumar's "Kodi." The actor is also working with Gautham Menon's "Yennai Nokki Payum Thotta," which will hit the screens later this year. The "Kolaveri Di" hitmaker has recently started filming Vetrimaaran's next film "Vada Chennai," which revolves around gang wars of North Chennai.

Coming to "Mudinja Ivana Pudi," it is an action-romantic movie in which Sudeep is believed to be playing a dual role. It has been simultaneously shot in Tamil and Kannada. The makers have plans to dub the movie into Telugu and Hindi.

The movie is directed by KS Ravikumar and produced by Soorappa Babu. Nithya Menen plays the female lead in "Mudinja Ivana Pudi," which has Mukesh Tiwari, Sharath Lohitashwa, Nassar, P Ravi Shankar, Chikanna and others in the cast.
