The latest news regarding One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson and his baby mama Briana Jungwirth's custody battle is this: Jungwirth does not want the singer's girlfriend Danielle Campbell near her son Freddie, who is one month old.
A TMZ article revealed that Jungwirth, 23, does not want Campbell to spend time with her son, partly because it could disrupt a "critical bonding period" between a mother and son. The article went on to claim that the "Perfect" singer wants to take Freddie to his LA home, where his present girlfriend could very well be present.
TMZ earlier reported that Tomlinson and Jungwirth reached a temporary settlement on their son's custody on Friday Feb. 26. The biological parents of Freddie reportedly had a disagreement regarding money. The website claimed that Jungwirth banned Tomlinson, 23, from seeing his son.
However, the two did reach a compromise without taking the matter to court. Under the new custody settlement, the 1D singer is allowed to spend several hours in a week with Freddie. However, he doesn't have overnight privileges. TMZ reported, "They're still negotiating child support."
Admittedly, the singer's personal life seems to be in turmoil. A recent report stated that Tomlinson's grandfather passed away on Sunday, Feb. 28. His Twitter account was filled with condolence messages from fans.
