Could there finally be a day when the ever-popular Destiny from Bungie makes it to the PC? Well, realistically speaking, no one knows. However, if the new Bungie job listing are to be taken into consideration, it seems the title is indeed close to a PC port.
Recently, Bungie put up a job listing where the company mentioned that it's looking to hire new PC compatibility testers who will "evaluate PC hardware-specific features and ensure various systems work together across multiple PC configurations to provide a great experience."
On the page dedicated to the compatibility testers, Bungie explained: "This is a challenging area to test, so we are only looking for the most resilient and technically minded testers. If you love solving new problems on a continuous basis with an eye for detail, you will love PC Compatibility Test at Bungie."
In order to bag the job, the candidate should have at least 2 years of software testing experience, strong organisation skills, good troubleshooting and investigating abilities, among other skills. Apart from that, the candidate has to be willing to work 40 hours a week.
There's not much that can be read into the listing, but considering the fact that Bungie is "currently" only working on Destiny (with the upcoming The Taken King DLC on the cards), there's a possibility that the developer is actually indirectly hinting at a Destiny port for PC. We shall see.
