The Delhi Police has filed an FIR stating that Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives are planning terror attacks on the capital and other cities in India.
The police said crowded places in Delhi and even prominent people may be targeted in suicide terror strikes.
The FIR also named two Lashkar operatives, codenamed Dujana and Ujana, who have reportedly entered Jammu and Kashmir from Pakistan, according to NDTV.
Last month, police forces in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad were put on high alert after intelligence agencies reported threat of al Qaeda terror attacks.
Terror threats from LeT had put Delhi police on alert earlier this year as well, after intelligence agencies had warned of attacks using drones.
