Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Vijender Gupta, along with party colleague Jagdish Pradhan, was evicted from the Delhi Assembly by Speaker Ram Nivas Goel on Monday after they objected to the suspension of BJP legislator O P Sharma.
Gupta has now reportedly said he was abused and humiliated by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislators.
The Rohini MLA has alleged that he was humiliated by AAP lawmakers and the marshals physically assaulted him.
The eviction comes as the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government is expected to table the much-talked-about Lokpal Bill in the Delhi Assembly on Monday.
Sharma was suspended for the remaining Winter session after he used abusive language against AAP MLA Alka Lamba last week.
