With just three days to go for the Delhi Polls, BJP Chief Ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi was reduced to tears while campaigning with voters at Krishna Nagar, the constituency from where she will be contesting the elections.
"This is the love of the people and I don't have words to express...," Ms Bedi said, while using a handkerchief to wipe away her tears, reports NDTV.
"I am going to return the love. The government will be giving back the love. The government will work honestly and serve the people," the former IPS officer said.
The emotional side of Ms Bedi surprised many in the crowd.
Earlier On Tuesday, Following on PM Narendra Modi's footsteps, Ms Bedi announced that she would launch a radio show named "Dil ki Baat" in line with Modi's "Mann ki Baat", if she won the elections.
She further shared pointers from BJP's vision document for Delhi. While talking about her radio show, Ms Bedi said not just the Chief Minister, but also the cabinet ministers and MLAs would connect with the residents of the national capital.
