Celebrities are infamously known for throwing tantrums, and Deepika Padukone is no exception. Her travel from Budapest to Mumbai wasn't planned well, which is why she apparently gave the airport authorities a tough time.
According to a Mumbai Mirror report cited by BollywoodLife, the "Bajirao Mastani" actress was put on an overbooked flight, which left two of her crew members with no seat. And because they weren't able to board the flight, Deepika refused to take it and "threw a fit."
The officials reportedly offered for some freebies – hotel rooms and vouchers – but the leading lady's team approached passengers directly, which then gave them the much-needed tickets. Stars throwing tantrums has become commonplace and Deepika doesn't seem to have done anything unusual when these instances are taken into account.
The Times of India reported that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan apparently asks attendants to present before her items on the menu so that she can pick and choose the one that's visually appealing. Ranveer Singh was asked if he would like to eat vegetarian or a non-vegetarian meal. After a while, when he requested for a non-veg one, the attendant said only veg was available. The young actor refused to even touch the water.
Priyanka Chopra once got into a verbal argument with a co-passenger who reprimanded her for talking on the phone and risking people's lives on the jet. She apparently abused him. Kangana Ranaut made the cabin crew run back and forth the business and economy classes to ensure that her assistant was served with everything she needed. Katrina Kaif had flipped out at an air hostess who requested her to pull up her seat and buckle up while she was taking a nap.
