Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's Dinner Date: Why Did They Leave Separately?

Amid rumours of their romance, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were spotted having a romantic dinner together before leaving the restaurant separately.

Deepika and Ranveer had a dinner date in a restaurant in Bandra but made separate exits, not giving the paparazzi the chance to click them together, reported Mid-Day.

"Ranveer and Deepika were dressed in formal attire and seemed to enjoy their dinner together. But to escape the waiting media outside the restaurant's doors, they hatched a plan to exit separately without being noticed," the tabloid quoted an onlooker as saying.

The rumours of Ranveer and Deepika dating each other surfaced after the actors were roped in for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming venture, "Ram Leela" though the actors have remained tight-lipped about their relationship.

Strengthening the rumours, Ranveer, who sustained a leg injury while shooting for his upcoming movie, "Gunday", reportedly drove all the way from Mumbai to Wai to meet Deepika who was shooting for "Chennai Express". It was said that the actor waited for Deepika to finish her day's shooting and spent sometime with her.

Ranveer had also revealed that he finds his "Ram Leela" co-star to be the most desirable amongst all the actresses he had worked with.

While Ranveer gave more and more vent for rumours to flourish, Deepika resorted old "just friends" tag while speaking about Ranveer.

Acknowledging Ranveer as a talented actor, Deepika told Press Trust of India, "It was a great experience working with him. He is a great co-star, a great person and nothing else. People create hype when the film is about to release. People should understand it is all about onscreen chemistry. I don't feel the need to go and clarify things to people."
