Survival horror video game from developer Capcom Vancouver, Dead Rising 3 will be released on 5 September for PCs.

The PC version of the game will be available via Steam and Capcom had earlier stated that the game will be releasing in summer. The Steam link also confirmed the release date.
Players will be happy to note that the PC release will also be running at 1080p and it promises "fully optimized visuals for the wide screen, upgraded textures on characters, backgrounds and in-game objects," CVG reported.
Dead Rising 3 PC version will also be supporting single-player, multiplayer, co-op, Steam Achievements, Steam Leaderboards, Steam Cloud and Steam Trading Cards. It will also have full controller support or with keyboard and mouse and players can toggle between the two in real time.
Dead Rising 3 is a sequel of Dead Rising 2 and was released originally as a Xbox One exclusive as a launch title. The game follows the character of Nick Ramos in the zombie-infested city of Los Perdidos. The game has an open world setting where players will be able to explore and make their own weapons after scavenging. The game boasts of more zombies with intelligent AI. Vehicles can also be combined and customized.
It was also confirmed by Capcom that the game will receive all the four episodic DLC packs apart from the recently released Super Ultra Dead Rising 3 Arcade Remix Hyper Edition EX Plus Alpha DLC mode.

Dead Rising is Movie on the Cards
Reports have suggested that a Dead Rising movie is also in the cards. The movie is likely to be produced by Legendary Pictures ("The Dark Knight"). Dead Rising movie will be the first project that will be rolling out of the Legendary Digital Media department, Variety reported.
Lorenzo di Bonaventura, (producer of "Transformers" series) is the executive producer and Tim Carter (producer of Mortal Kombat: Legacy web series) will be penning down the script.
