Aamir Khan's Dangal is continuing its historic run at the Chinese box office. The sports drama collected a massive amount in seven days and the second week has started with a bang as well.
Dangal China release: Country's biggest cinema operator snubs Aamir movie; fans disappointed
After a fabulous collection of Rs 187.42 crore at the Chinese box office in its first week, the film collected Rs 39.42 crore on Friday (day 8). Dangal, also starring Fatima Sana Shaikh, has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark at the Chinese box office. The gross total of the film at the Chinese market now stands at Rs 213.43 crore.

"Did you ever imagine an Indian film dislodging Hollywood films and occupying No 1 spot at China BO? Cross ₹ 200 cr in China? #Dangal," another tweet of Adarsh read.
Having crossed Rs 200 crore at the Chinese market, the Nitesh Tiwari directorial is now the highest grossing Indian film in the Chinese market, breaking the previous record held by Aamir's PK.
Despite some reluctance from Wanda cinemas – China's biggest cinema chain – in screening the film in most of its theatres, Dangal has achieved the feat. On its first day itself, Dangal did a fabulous business of Rs 13.19 crore in China, which is a massive figure for an Indian film at an overseas market.
