The inclusion of new kids on the show may not have boded well for Maddie Ziegler's mom, Melissa Gisoni. In the recently released trailer for "Dance Moms" Season 6, Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler's mom is very emotional when she says, "I just want you to care for her as you did earlier, Abby," perhaps referring to her 13 year old daughter, Maddie Ziegler.
Admittedly, the new cast on "Dance Moms" Season 6 includes ALDC alumni, Brynn Rumfallo and several others. However, if Melissa Gisoni accused Abby Lee Miller of ignoring the old members of ALDC, then a furious mother asks Abby why the new members haven't been taught the dance routine.
At one point in the clip, Kendell Vertes's mother, Jill says, "Are you kidding me? You haven't taught her anything." When Brynn breaks down as she hears this, Jill sarcastically comments, "Oh she's crying now?"
The trailer of Lifetime's reality show clearly indicates a major plotline in Season 6: Abby Lee Miller is almost powerless and disenfranchised as she battles with her dancers' mothers and a lawsuit for fraud. This is evident when Melissa says, "She does not want to mess with me right now. I know so much."
In the video clip, Abby aptly describes her situation on the phone. She says, "My hair's in rollers, I don't have a bra on and I have a huge legal issue going on. I'm finished!"
"Dance Moms" Season 6 premiers on Tuesday, January 5 at 9pm on Lifetime.
