Of all the drama that has surrounded "Dance Moms" season 6, everyone's been curious to know if Maddie Ziegler would return or not. This anxiety is not misplaced. The dance prodigy has been absent from the first six episodes of the reality dance show due to her busy film schedule.
Maddie has been filming Colin Trevorrow's "Book of Henry." A new video by a fan reveals that Maddie has indeed returned to Abby Lee Miller's dance company and perhaps this will give other cast members a new and a much needed inspiration.
According to a "Dance Moms" spoiler site, Maddie performed with co-stars, Nia Frazier, Brynn Rumfallo, JoJo Siwa, Kalani Hilliker, Mackenzie Ziegler and Kendall Vertes in episode 7. She was part of dance coach, Abby Lee Miller's elite junior team, and their group number, "Well Oiled Machine", was placed first at the Sheer Talent in Phoenix on Saturday, 21 November. Sheer Talent also released a video of the ALDC group
The dance prodigy even posted a photo of her and her co-stars on Instagram.
Meanwhile, reports suggest that this could be the last season of "Dance Moms." Speculation is rife about Lifetime's lack of enthusiasm to continue the series while Abby Lee Miller is abusive to her students and their moms.
According to a recent article on Master Herald, the dance coach has allegedly stated that her students' mothers shouldn't question her judgement. The article claimed that the mothers on the show were worried if their kids would learn new dance moves and raised questions about the inclusion of old cast member, Brynn Rumfallo, in the newest season.
However, neither Lifetime nor Abby Lee Miller herself has made an official announcement about the show's cancellation after season 6.
"Dance Moms" season 6 is expected to premiere in 2016.
