There is not much to look forward to in "Dance Moms" for fans of Maddie Ziegler when the star is absent. They've missed the 13-year-old dance prodigy who is at the moment filming for "Book of Henry" in New York. Although Maddie's Instagram account is almost always updated and offers a peek into her life, fans want to know if they will see her perform in Abby Lee Miller's Dance Company, or ALDC, as it is better known.
Maddie has been absent ever since the shooting for "Dance Moms" Season 6 began. The "Dance Moms" spoiler site, which reveals information about the cast and dance competitions scheduled for each episode, has failed to include Maddie's name. So far, Abby Lee Miller's dance troupe has finished filming five episodes, and if reports are to be believed, Maddie Ziegler is ready for a comeback.
In a recent Instagram post, dance coach Abby Lee Miller uploaded a picture of Maddie and captioned it: "My 007 Bond Girl @MaddieZiegler was Exquisite again!!!! #ALDC #ALDCLA #ALDCAlways #DanceMoms #MaddieZiegler. (sic)" In the picture, Maddie is dressed in a golden leotard, brandishing her signature wide smile at the camera.
This post by Abby Lee Miller is as close as an official confirmation about Maddie's return to Lifetime's reality show.
Meanwhile, the dancer was included in Time Magazine's "The Most Influential Teens of 2015". Maddie has also been nominated in the "Seriously Popular" category of the People's Choice Awards, along with Kylie Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Ruby Rose and others.
Although there hasn't been an official announcement about "Dance Moms" Season 6, rumours hint at a possible premiere in January 2016.
