If Cathy Nesbitt-Stein lent anything to "Dance Moms", it was style, charisma and a lot passion on the stage. Although she left the reality TV show in season 4, rumours about her return kept swirling. Now, Cathy has finally revealed the reason why she left the show and said if she would indeed make her comeback with Candy Apples Dance Company.
Cathy, who has been Abby Lee Miller's fierce competitor, said that she would appear on Lifetime's "Dance Moms" only if the producers are willing to shoot in Ohio. She added that she would love to be part of the show again, but had her reservations.
In an interview, Cathy added that she would lead the show if she gets the opportunity to, but wondered if Abby Lee Miller would allow it.
Nevertheless, the Candy Apples star said that she has had a sea of projects in hand ever since she left the show. According to OK! Magazine, Cathy travelled to Nashville with her real dance studio and won the Grand National Top Honors. Apart from that, she is focused on promoting her daughter Vivi-Anne and revealed that Vivi is working on a big project that can't be disclosed as yet.
Although Cathy handed over her team, Candy Apples, to co-star Jeanette Cota, the star said that Cota is still struggling to find her place on the show.
The 56-year-old dancer said, "Jeanette's personality is completely different from mine. Jeanette definitely cannot replace Cathy!"
Meanwhile, dance prodigy Maddie Ziegler celebrated her 13th birthday in style at her favourite restaurant in Pittsburg. She was surprised by her coach Abby Lee Miller and friends who gifted her an Apple watch and a pair of diamond studded earrings, Daily Mail reported.
