While the dance reality show "DID Super Mom" is gearing for its finale, the makers of the show have stored an amazing surprise for the show fans.
The finale will see judge Govinda burning up the dance floor with Karishma Kapoor after several years.
The on-screen couple is one of the best Bollywood jodis and will perform some of the hit numbers from their films including "What is your mobile number", "Main toh raste se ja raha tha", "Husn hai suhana", "Sarkai lo khatiya" and "Goriya churana mera jiya" among others.
Sharing his experience of shaking a leg with Karishma, Govinda said that it was a nostalgic moment for him. "It was a nostalgic moment when we danced again together after a long time. The roaring applause we received on the sets of 'Super Moms' reminded me of the kind of love and adulation we enjoyed when these songs had just released," said Govinda in a statement according to IANS.
"It is a pleasure to share the stage with Karisma as she is one of those actors who can take any song to the next level with her electrifying performance and sheer passion for dance," he added.
Govinda and Karishma were last seen together in the 2000 release, "Shikari". They worked together in several movies and delivered hits including "Raja Babu", "Coolie No.1" and "Hero No.1".
The 51-year-old, who judged the show alongside Geeta Kapoor and Terrence Lewis said: "I got an opportunity to witness some of our country's most amazing talent week after week and our performance makes this show all the more special for me."
