Customer service at its best, what else can be said about the porn site Pornhub, which planned to send a brand new laptop to one of its 'loyal fans', who broke his laptop as he was left with no other choice.

UK-based Denzel Michael posted a photo of his laptop, which had gone viral on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, from 12 April onwards.

After noticing his mother coming up the stairs, Micheal felt he had no other option than to smash the laptop as he was watching porn on Pornhub, which also got stuck that time.

His tweet has been now retweeted 13,098 times at the time of reporting.

However, to the surprise of many, Pornhub responded two days later, and revealed their plan to send a brand new laptop for their 'loyal fan'.

"We appreciate Denzel's loyalty, as well as his clear sense of judgment in picking our site as a digital destination for some adult-oriented R&R. As a result, we would like to send him a brand new laptop alongside some awesome Pornhub swag to use for his continued pleasure," Pornhub vice-president Corey Pric told Unilad.

Michael received the brand new laptop and a t-shirt from Pornhub on Monday, 20 April.

Meanwhile, some social media users have also asked why he smashed the laptop without just closing it.
