Poonch, June 03 (ANI): Cross-border travel flourished between India and Pakistan after officials of both the nations met after 14 months at the line of control in Jammu and Kashmir. Officials said the number of crossings from Kashmir’s Chakan-da-Bagh transit route had increased and also attributed the rise to meeting of Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif with his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi. Custodian Cross-Line of Control, Trade and Travel, Chakan-Da-Bagh, Poonch district, Mohammed Bashir, welcomed the step and said meeting of diplomats from both nations enhanced both trade and travel. Nostalgia ruled hearts of passengers who were excited to travel to Pakistan to meet their long separated relatives.
