A 75-year-old man playing golf on a course in Queensland, Australia, was attacked by a crocodile on Monday, but escaped with injuries to his leg.
The elderly man was golfing at the Palmer Sea Reef Golf Course when the reptile attacked him at about 4pm on Monday, biting him on his lower leg.
The golfer was rushed to the Mossman Hospital with lacerations on the leg, and was said to be in a stable condition.
The incident occurred just weeks after a photo of a large crocodile strolling on a golf course in Florida, United States, went viral online.
