The most expensive Malayalam song has finally been released. The song from the film "Cousins" begins with the lines, "Kolussu Thenni Thenni", and features Kunchacko Boban, Indrajith, Vedhika, Nisha Aggarwal, Suraj Venjaramoodu and Joju George.

This fast number is composed by M Jayachandran and is sung by Shreya Ghoshal, Yaznin Nizar and Tippu. The lyrics of the song are penned by Murugan Kattakada.

Set in the magnificent Bangalore Palace, the song is produced with a budget of ₹1 crore. The director has given emphasis on making the song colourful, which is a trade mark of Vyshakh films. He had previously directed similar songs in films like "Pokkiri Raja", "Seniors", "Mallu Singh" and "Sound Thoma".

Each frame of the song is filled with variations of bright colours, which makes the song a visual treat. The heavy beats, massive setting, impressive costumes and highly energetic choreography prove the song to be the next chart buster.

Reportedly, the song is said to have 600 dancers and more than 50 horses. The art direction of the film is done by Joseph Nellickal, while the costumes are designed by Sai.

"Cousins", touted as a mass entertainer, is about four cousins: Sam, Joji, Pauly and Tony. The story begins with Sam, having a memory lapse of six years. The plot revolves around the other cousins' efforts to find out the reason for the lapse. Kunchacko will play the role of Sam, Indrajith as Joji, Suraj as Pauly and Joju as Tony.

The film also has a star cast of Miya, Pradeep Rawat, Kalabhavan Shajon, P Balachandran, Santhosh and Shiju in pivotal roles and Kamalini Mukherjee of "Natholi Cheriya Meenalla" fame has also made a special appearance in an item dance.

"Cousins", which has been shot in Bangalore, Kodaikanal, Pollachi, Athirapally and Kochi, is scheduled to hit theatres around Christmas.
