Copa America 2015 have so far been an exciting tournament. The quarter-final stage of the tournament has come to an end now and the final four would now be desperate to make it to the big final on 4 July.
Eight teams that made it to the quarter-finals were Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay. The quarter-finals did not see a lot of goals from these teams, but all four matches were exciting.
Chile beat Uruguay with a solitary goal from Isla; Peru defeated Bolivia comfortably; Carlos Tevez helped Argentina overpower Colombia and finally Brazil suffered a defeat in the hands of Paraguay on Saturday.
In the battle for the title clash, Chile will take on Peru and Argentina have set up an encounter with Paraguay in the semi-finals of the Copa America 2015.
The first semi-final between Chile and Peru will be held at the Estadio Nacional on Monday. It is a golden opportunity for Peru as one might think they were lucky to have made it to the semi-final stage of Copa America 2015.
It will definitely be a cracker-jacker of a game where Peru will have a tough task ahead of them. The crowd at the stadium will be right behind the hosts Chile and that might just give them an edge over their opponents.
The second semi-final will be held at the Concepcion on Wednesday between Argentina and Paraguay. In spite of having the likes of Lionel Messi, Sergio Aguero, Carlos Tevez and Angel Di Maria, the Gerardo Martino's side have not scored many goals as they were expected.
On the other hand, Paraguay made it to the semi-finals after beating one of the strongest contenders Brazil.
After the two semi-finals, there will be a match between the losing sides on Friday to decide the second runners-up.
