Chinese smartphone maker Coolpad on Wednesday launched two Indian market-exclusive handsets -- Note 3S and Mega 3.
Among the two, Coolpad Note 3S is the top-end model. It is the successor of the Note 3 and features 5.5-inch HD screen, dual-glass cover, fingerprint sensor on the back, Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 octa-core SoC (System-on-Chip) backed by 3GB RAM, 32GB inbuilt storage and a 2,500mAh battery. It also boasts 13MP primary camera on the back and a 5MP snapper on the front.

Coolpad Note 3S will be competing against the popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 2, Asus Zenfone 3 Max, Huawei Honor 5X and the recently launched Lenovo K6 Power.
On the other hand, Coolpad Mega 3 replaces the popular Mega 2.5D. It features 5.5-inch HD screen, MediaTek MT6737 quad-core CPU with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 8MP camera on both front and back side, a massive 3,500mAh battery, which is enough to last a whole day with heavy usage.
The interesting aspect of Coolpad Mega 3 is that it comes with 3 SIM slots, making it the lone mainstream brand to boast such a feature.
Coolpad Mega 3 will be up against Xiaomi Redmi 3S series, Moto E3 Power, Lenovo K5 Plus and Asus Zenfone Go.
Both the Coolpad Note 3S and Mega 3 will be exclusively available on Amazon India December 7 onwards for Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 6,999, respectively.
Coolpad has also announced that the company will be launching a flagship phone in December.
