New Delhi, Jan 17 (ANI): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) meet on Friday said that the Congress had taken a lot of steps to ensure power to the people and that the Right To Information Act (RTI) was one of them. He also said that the Congress played a vital role in transforming the Panchayati Raj system.
