New Delhi, March 09 (ANI): BJP Vice President Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Sunday attacked Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi over blaming the RSS for Mahatma Gandhi's assassination and filed a complaint to the Election Commission. He said that in the fear of defeat, Congress is speaking 'Talibani language' and is trying to spread communalism at the time of elections.
