New Delhi, March 26 (ANI): Releasing the party manifesto for the upcoming general elections, Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday said that the party has released a 'people's manifesto' as it includes their suggestions and advices which Rahul Gandhi gathered after talking to different sections of society personally. Gandhi said that Congress has promised Right to Healthcare, enhancement of social security programmes, fixed pension scheme, etc in the manifesto. The Congress also said that for some, manifesto can be a tool to grab votes, but not for congress.
