Srinagar, June 24 (ANI): Congress leader, Ambika Soni, on Tuesday refused to comment on her party's probable pre-poll alliance with regional National Conference (NC) for upcoming state elections in Jammu and Kashmir. The NC has been heading a coalition government with the Congress party for the last six years but there is a strong possibility that both would part ways before the polls later this year. Soni, who reviewed the party's functioning for the polls, said party Chief Sonia Gandhi would announce the decision.
