Chennai has been badly affected by unprecedented rain leading to floods in the last 10 days. Thousands of people have been displaced and over 270 people have lost their lives.
However, the nation has united to help Chennai, and people are contributing generously for relief work, with celebrities donating big money.
From Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan to Tamil icon Rajinikanth and Allu Arjun from the Tollywood fraternity, to director/actor Prem from the Kannada film industry, many have donated for the flood-affected of Chennai.
