A complaint has been filed against Hrithik Roshan and the makers of "Mohenjo Daro," as one Akashaditya Lama alleged that makers of the movie have stolen his script, Mumbai Mirror reported.
Lama, who had earlier demanded rights over "Mohenjo Daro" story idea, has now filed a civil case against the makers of the film. "I have been called to the Oshiwara police station today to register my statement. I have submitted all the evidence," Lama told the daily.
Lama filed a complaint against Hrithik, director Ashutosh Gowariker and producer Siddharth Roy Kapur. "As a citizen I have the right to file both civil and criminal cases. The civil court has its own course, but I know that a crime has been committed and it's my duty to get the culprits punished," he added.
Lama further said that makers of "Mohenjo Daro" did not pay heed to his demand of putting a stay on the film and did not approach him for an out-of-court settlement. "I want it from them in writing that they will stop filming until there is a court verdict on the matter," he said.
"Mohenjo Daro" features Pooja Hegde along with Hrithik. There were reports that the director is yet to finish the last schedule of the film as Hrithik recently suffered an injury on the sets and will resume shooting on March.
