Bollywood actors Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone recently appeared on "Comedy Nights With Kapil" to promote their upcoming film "Bajirao Mastani".

Deepika, who is Kapil's favourite actress, has visited the show several times for her films' promotions.

The sets of "Comedy Nights With Kapil" was decorated and designed to give it a royal look, and the highlight of the episode was Gutthi aka Sunil Grover who is seen dressed as Mastani.

Before "Comedy Nights With Kapil", Ranveer appeared on Salman Khan's show "Bigg Boss 9", where the actor and the host added a fun element to the episode.

Just a few days ago, the "Dilwale" team including Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon and Kajol visited Kapil's comedy show.

As both the films -- "Bajirao Mastani" and "Dilwale" -- are releasing on the same day, i.e., on 18 December, they are taking turns to promote their films on TV shows.

Meanwhile, the episode of "Bajirao Mastani" team on Kapil's show will be aired on 13 December (Sunday).

In the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial, Ranveer plays the character of Peshwa Bajirao, while Deepika as Mastani is seen in a never-before avatar. The actress looks gorgeous and fearless as a warrior in the film's trailer and posters.

Priyanka Chopra as Bajirao's first wife Kashibai looks impressive in a royal and traditional Maharashtrian attire.

Bhansali's ambitious project is based on the love story of warrior Peshwa Bajirao and his second wife Mastani.
