"Comedy Nights With Kapil" host Kapil Sharma recently made a "boo-boo" on Twitter as he misspelt the name of President of India, Pranab Mukherjee.
Few days ago, Kapil Sharma was invited to the Rashtrapati Bhavan as a part of the Swachh Bharat campaign.
The stand-up comedian-turned-actor later shared pictures of his meeting with the President of India on Twitter, asserting that it was a proud moment for him.
However, Kapil misspelt Pranab Mukherjee and posted "Pranav Mukherjee" instead.
"It's a honour to be at The Rashtrapati Bhavan with the president of INDIA Mr Pranav Mukherjee .. #SwachhBharat," he tweeted on Friday.
Although the error was spotted by Twitterati, the comedian was lucky that he did not get trolled as it had happened in the case of actress Anushka Sharma, who had made a similar mistake regarding the name of former president APJ Abdul Kalam when he passed away.
Anushka was expressing her grief at the demise of Kalam and tweeted, "Very sad to hear about the passing of ABJ Kalam Azad. Loss of an inspiring visionary and a wonderful soul. May his soul RIP."
The actress later deleted the tweet and posted a fresh tweet, but again misspelt the name of the former president. Nevertheless, Anushka got the spelling right in her third attempt, but she was trolled for the repeated mistakes.
