Ever since Kapil Sharma announced ht was taking a break from "Comedy Nights with Kapil", the fate of the Colors' popular comedy show has been uncertain.
Though several Bollywood celebs including actor Arshad Warsi and director Sajid Khan have been hosting the show till the original host Kapil recovers from his illness, reports have been doing the rounds that the show is likely to be pulled off.
If those reports are to be believed then Colors' channel is all set to telecast a new comedy show that will apparently replace Kapil's show, reports Telly Chakkar.
The new comedy show will have comedians Krushna Abhishek, Sudesh Lehri and Shakeel Siddiqui along with "Bigg Boss 8" fame RJ Pritam.
Interestingly, some of the popular faces from television, including Anita Hassanandani, popularly known as Shagun of "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", Sara Khan of "Sasural Simar Ka" and "Bigg Boss 4" fame, and Karan Wahi have also been roped in to play important roles on the show.
Pritam and Sara have shared some pictures on their instagram account, hinting the celebrities have already started shooting for the show.
Apparently, the new show will be on the lines of reality-based comedy show "Comedy Circus".
It now remains to be seen if "Comedy Nights with Kapil" goes off-air. If not, it will be interesting to see whether the new show outshines the hugely popular existing comedy show.
