Malayalam actress Radhika tied the knot with Abhil Krishna at Camelot Convention Centre in Pathirappally, Alappuzha, on Friday, Feb. 12.
The actress looked gorgeous in a silk sari and traditional gold ornaments. The ceremony that took place between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, was conducted as per the traditional Brahmin customs and was attended by close friends and family members of the couple. The grand wedding reception was attended by many celebrities, including actors Suresh Gopi, Kavya Madhavan, Mahesh, Bhama, Shalin Zoya, singer Vidhu Pratap, wife Deepthi Prasad, among others.
Radhika had announced about her wedding through a post on her Facebook page: "I hadn't waited for someone to walk into my life. I enjoyed being free celebrating the little wonders of my life. But then one fine day one gentleman walked in just like that and made a little difference. It's not about losing freedom as people define marriage with. It's about how I could share my freedom with him, multiplying it to any crazy extreme. He is Abhil, and I call him my man."
The actress, who made her acting debut as a child artiste in 1992 film "Vietnam Colony" in which she played Mohanlal's niece, became a household name after the release of Lal Jose's blockbuster movie "Classmates" in 2006. She portrayed the role of Rasiya in the flick opposite Narain. Radhika made her comeback to acting with Rajasenan's 2000 movie "Darling Darling" and is also known for her roles in "Mayamohini," "In Ghost House Inn," "Twenty:20," "Minnaminnikoottam" and "War and Love." She was last seen in 2013 movie "Annum Innum Ennum."
Meanwhile, Abhil was brought up in Mumbai and is currently working with an event management company in Dubai.
