Mobile strategy video game Clash of Clans, from developers Supercell Games, has been giving fans new updates, revealing new characters and upgrades.
Clash of Clans will now receive a new unit, the Lava Hound, in its next update.
The Lava Hound is an air unit that players can unlock when they reach Town Hall 9. The main focus of the Lava Hound is that it targets the air defences of the enemy. It is to be noted that this unit is mainly for distraction.
When the Lava Hound dies, it throws out the Lava Pups or mini minions which target and deal damage to anything in its range. However, Lava Pups are easy to shoot down.
The video below will show how the Lava Hound can be made a part of the attack strategy. We see that the attack on the enemy will be effective if players attack with both the Lava Hound and the Air Ballons, where after all the Lava Hounds were dead and there were still the Air Ballons that took out the enemy defences. So when the air defences were concentrating on the Lava Hounds, Dragons, Minions and Ballons take them down.

Barbarian Level 7 and Archer Level 7
Supercell Games has released the latest upgrades for Clash of Clans Barbarian Level 7 and Archer Level 7.
Fans have been waiting for a long time since they had upgrades to these two units. Barbarians on Level 7 will have a new makeover with horns and helmets. Both these are turning gold. Also, the blades of their swords are glowing.
As far as the Archer on Level 7 is concerned, the headband will have a sort of gem that looks like emerald. Also, their arrow colours might change - the video below speculates it could be red. But until it is officially released, nothing can be said.

Walls Level 6 and above - New Upgrades
A new update will also be bringing in wall upgrades for Level 6 and will allow players to upgrade their walls with a option of either elixir or gold. Now, instead of selecting individual wall bricks, players will be able to select complete rows and do the upgrade. This will allow easier and faster upgrading.
