Clash of Clans December update goes live, includes graphical changes

The new update brings life into the sluggish units, making them faster in attacks.

Supercell has released its December update, also called the Winter update or X-Mas update, for its most popular mobile strategy game, Clash of Clans.

The update went live on Monday, just a day after Supercell conducted a live stream event where they had the top two Clan members facing off using the new update.

Supercell has already revealed what the new update will look like and it has no surprises. However, it is said to be an epic update as it brings life into the sluggish units, making them faster in attacks.

The December update for Clash of Clans brings new Town Hall level 11. This includes new levels for the following:

Barbarian King gets five new levels from 41-45
Archer Queen also gets five new levels 41-45
Clan Castle gets a new level 7, it will now allow donation of larger Spells like Freeze and Rage.
Golem gets a new level 6
Hog Rider gets a new level 7
Poison Spell too gets a level 5. As reported earlier, this update will have Poison Spell's radius increased.

Here are the other changes that December update 2016 will bring to the game:

Witch damage and hitpoints increased
Balloons attack after reaching their target slightly sooner
Dragon attack speed increased (DPS is unchanged)
P.E.K.K.A attack speed increased (DPS is unchanged)
A new Wizard Tower level 10 has been added and it will be available at Town Hall 11. This increased the Wizard Tower's hitpoints.
A new Wall level 12 is being offered at Town Hall 11. The new Wall level will, however, have only 50 pieces. So players will have to choose wisely where they are going to place them.
