Choux Pastry for Eclairs
Ingredients
Water - 500ml
Butter - 200gm
Flour - 300gm
Egg - 8
Method
1. Mix Butter & Water together & allow them to boil.
2. Add flour slowly & whisk, without any lumps.
3. Add the Egg one by one slowly,
keep on whisk you will get a sticky paste.
4. Put the paste in the piping bag and place in the tray.
