In Episode 7 of "Chicago Fire" Season 4 titled "Sharp Elbows," Kelly Severide will still be under the detention that happened after he had an argument with Captain Patterson in the previous episode.

Hence, Patterson got his old position before he was demoted and was replaced by Severide as the leader of the Rescue Squad 3.

However, Severide finds some shocking truth about Patterson after his father, Benny, who was a former colleague of Patterson, gives him some unexpected information regarding Patterson's past life.

Meanwhile, Chief Boden will also go through some unexpected troubles in the upcoming episode after his new female neighbour (Ilfenesh Hadera) makes a terrible accusation against him.

Boden firmly believes that he has been accused to frame him for a crime that he never committed and tries his best to think a way out of the situation.

The annual Chicago Fire Department Gala will also take place in the upcoming episode where the couple of fire department will be seen romancing each other.

Following is the official synopsis of the episode:

"Chief Boden finds himself in the middle of a fiasco concerning a female neighbour, who he believes is setting him up. Severide, who is still on probation from his altercation with Captain Patterson, receives a surprise visit from his father and discovers some interesting information on Patterson that could be a game changer. Meanwhile, romance blossoms at the Chicago Fire Department gala."

In the previous episode titled "2112," Cruz was visited by a gang-banger who knew his brother. In other events, the team responded to a call that involved an 18-wheeler and is thanked with tickets to see Rush.

Meanwhile, Severide was upset because Patterson was treating him like a normal candidate when he was a former head of Rescue Squad 3. Severide thought that he had already proved his skills as an efficient firefighter and didn't need all the basic training.

"Chicago Fire" Season 4 Episode 7 will air on 24 November (Tuesday).
