The Indian Premier League (IPL 6) 2013 is coming to an end this Sunday i.e. on 26 May with the finals to be played in Kolkata's home ground Eden Gardens.
Shah Rukh Khan, the owner of the IPL team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), who hosted the opening ceremony will also host the season's finale at Eden Garden. Shah Rukh's KKR had an average outing this IPL and was out of the playoffs after Sunrisers Hyderabad's thrilling win against them.
But KKR's average performance will not stop Shah Rukh from showcasing the small surprise he has reserved for fans.
According to reports, King Khan will launch the official trailer of his upcoming film "Chennai Express" after the final match.
The surprise will unfold during the IPL Extra Innings T20 final on May 26 on Sony MAX.
"We've got a special #ChennaiExpress surprise in store for you on @IPL Extra Innings this Sunday on @SonyMAX! Any guesses what it is?," the official Twitter page of Chennai Express tweeted.
"We wouldn't want to spoil the surprise by revealing it! :) But we assure you, its something that you've been waiting for!"

For the surprise, a 31-second first look promo video has been launched.
"Chennai Express", which also stars Deepika Padukone, is due to be released in Eid this year.
