After the blockbuster Malayalam movie "Charlie," actor Dulquer Salmaan, scriptwriter Unni R and producer Shebin Backer are joining hands again for an upcoming movie. The untitled flick will be the directorial venture of hitmaker Lal Jose.
The movie, which marks the reunion of the director-actor duo after the 2014 film "Vikramadithyan," is expected to go on floors after Dulquer completes the projects he had earlier commited to. Meanwhile, the actor, who is basking in the success of the Sameer Thahir directorial "Kali," has wrapped up the shooting of Rajeev Ravi's film "Kammatipaadam," which is expected to hit screens in May.
The actor will join the sets of director Amal Neerad's movie April 15 in Kottayam, and the team is expected to move to the U.S. in the month of May for the second schedule of shooting. Dulquer will be seen romancing "Action Hero Biju"-fame Anu Emmanuel, who plays an urban modern girl in the untitled romantic entertainer. Earlier, rumours had it that Dulquer would be seen as a dancer in the flick, but a source close to the actor confirmed to International Business Times, India that would not be the case.
Dulquer has many projects lined up for the year, like those directed by Prathap Pothen, Sathyan Anthikad, Ashiq Abu and Anoop Sathyan. He is expected to rejoin the "Charlie" team for the upcoming Lal Jose directorial once he wraps up the shooting of these projects.
