CES 2014: Samsung Announces New ATIV Book 9 and One 7 All-in-One PC

South Korean tech giant Samsung has launched its spectacular 2014 edition ATIV Book 9 and the 24-inch ATIV One 7 all-in-one PC at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.

The ATIV Book 9 (2014 edition) is the latest addition to Samsung's ATIV notebook line-up and comes with a slim and light design to capture the minds of tech enthusiasts. Speaking of features, the notebook boasts a 15.6-inch display with 1920x1080 resolution and is powered by Intel Core i5 or i7 ULV processors and Intel HD Graphics 4400.

According to Samsung, the HD display of the latest ATIV notebook is 20 percent brighter and 125 percent higher than the previous generation Book 9. It runs on Windows OS and comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 1024 GB SSD. Samsung claims a 14-hour long battery life for the new device, and it houses two USB 3.0 ports, 1 USB 2.0 port, an HDMI port, and an SD card slot. Samsung did not announce the availability of the new notebook but it's said that it will be available globally.

On the other hand, Samsung's ATIV One 7 (2014 edition) comes with 24" (61cm) LED Full HD 10-points touch screen with 1920x1080 resolution, and is powered by 4th generation Intel Core i3/i5. It offers a 178-degree viewing angle, along with an anti-reflection coating, and houses 8 GB  of RAM and 12GB SSD. The device has 720p webcam on top and features both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, HDMI in and out, and an RJ45 jack. The device will be available in Korea from February.
