Hyderabad based telecommunication company Celkon has released the new voice calling CT910+ HD 3G tablet in the Indian market.
The new Celkon tablet sports a 7.0-inch multipoint qHD touch-screen with 960x540p display resolution and runs on the Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS.
Under the hood, it packs 512MB RAM, inbuilt memory of 4GB and a dual-core processor with 1.2GHz CPU speed. On the camera front, Celkon CT910+ HD sports a 2.0-megapixel main camera and a secondary VGA camera.
Considering its price point, Celkon CT910+ HD will compete against current leaders Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (P3110), Micromax Funbook 3G (P560), HCL ME Connect and other such tablets as Karbonn Smart A37, Lava E-Tab Connect and E-Tab Xtron+.
The Celkon tablet is reported to hit stores, both brick-and-mortar and online shops, in the coming days.
The company is also reportedly planning to re-launch the flagship Celkon A119 HD Signature with a reduced price-tag of ₹8,999. Earlier, the smartphone was priced ₹13,499 when it got launched in late March this year.
