The pro-Kurdish opposition Peoples Democratic Partys (HDP) has released dramatic CCTV footage of its headquarters in Ankara being attacked on 8th September.
It is believed that angry nationalists carried out the attack after Kurdish rebels killed 31 security officials.
The footage shows people trying to break into the building and throwing rocks. They also reportedly set the partys archive room on fire.
HDP announced on Twitter that 126 of the partys buildings were attacked countrywide on Monday.
Additionally, groups of people near the Mediterranean city of Mersin attacked buses travelling to largely Kurdish regions, breaking windows with rocks, newspapers reported.
The headquarters of Hurriyet newspaper in Istanbul were also pelted with stones by protesters.
