"Captain America: Civil War" fans have been lucky enough to get a lot of scoop coming in through cast members, who have been busy promoting the DVD/blu-ray release of "Avengers: Age of Ultron." The latest hint was dropped by actress Elizabeth Olsen about her character Scarlet Witch and her possible romance with The Vision (Paul Bettany's).
As we already know, the end of "Age of Ultron" dropped a major clue about a romantic connection between her character and The Vision. So fans have been wondering whether something will be brewing between Scarlet Witch and The Vision in "Captain America: Civil War"?
"It has to be 'House of M'. That's still all I want to do, I don't care. I would just love to have make-believe children and have him play along with it and then just decide to destroy all mutants. That would be so fun but obviously that would never happen," Olsen responded in an interview with USA Today.
But she did give a sneak-peek into what's happening with Scarlet Witch in "Civil War". "She's coming into her own and starting to understand and have conflict with how she wants to use her abilities. It's a dramatic conflict within her and obviously there's conflict within the (Avengers) as well," the actress said.
But Olsen also said that she is glad that Scarlet Witch is not shown in the promo video or photos prominently. "I like that they didn't release Scarlet Witch in the promo photos for the teams — it places her as being a wild card, and I like her having that kind of edge that people don't know what she's capable of. They can fear her because she is so incredibly powerful in a different way than the rest of the heroes for the most part. I like playing that role within the gang," Olsen expressed.
And now after doing two movies, Elizabeth Olsen says she feels she owns Scarlet Witch absolutely. "I have a movement coach for the way she throws her hexes so I'm very protective over that. It's something that was created out of whatever uniquely that we made up for the first film. Now we have this huge attachment to it and we don't want to see it messed up," she said.
Well, it looks like there's lot more than you think for Scarlet Witch in "Captain America: Civil War" which hits screens on 6 May, 2016, in the US and on 29 April, 2016, in the UK.
