HTC has to its credit a number of smartphones which have made headlines thanks to their path-breaking features. Apart from HTC One series, there is HTC EVO 4G LTE which comes with the same amazing features found in HTC One S and One X.

The phone has a smart design, and holding it in hand gives a comfy feeling to the user. Due to a lawsuit by Apple, HTC had to delay the release of the device.

The smartphone has all the plus and negative found HTC One X.

Here is a look at how the smartphone stack up against Samsung Galaxy S3.

Dimension: With 134.8 x 68.9 x 8.9 mm, HTC EVO 4G LTE closely matches the size of Galaxy S3's 136.6 x 70.6 x 8.6 mm dimension. And HTC's phone weighs one gram more at 134g compared to Galaxy S3.

Display: HTC Evo 4G has 4.7-inch Super IPS LCD2 capacitive touchscreen with 720 x 1280 pixels display compared to Galaxy S3's 4.8-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 720 x 1280 pixels display.

Storage: Galaxy S3 has 16/32/64 GB storage depending on the model and 1 GB RAM support whereas HTC EVO 4G LTE has 16 GB storage and 1 GB RAM support. There is also up to 32 GB microSD support in HTC's smartphone while Galaxy S3 has up to 64 GB microSD support.

Connectivity: In terms of connectivity, both the phones match each other as they share common features like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth version 4.0 and MHL USB port version 2.0. HTC's phone has LTE support but Galaxy S3 is going to come in different versions along with LTE support based on the region.

Camera: Both the smartphones have 8 megapixel cameras, which capture videos at 1080p. The cameras have features like autofocus, LED flash, simultaneous HD video and image recording, geo-tagging, face and smile detection.

Operating system: Both thedevices are running on Ice Cream Sandwich.

Processor: When it comes to processor, HTC EVO 4G LTE is dwarfed by Galaxy S3. HTC's handset comes with dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor as against Galaxy S3's quad-core 1.4 GHz processor. However, the HTC device is bit faster than Galaxy S3.

Battery: There is a standard Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery in HTC EVO 4G compared the Li-Ion 2100 mAh battery in Galaxy S3.

HTC has beats audio support while Galaxy S3 has a few other features like S-Voice natural language commands and dictation, Smart Stay eye tracking and Dropbox 50 GB storage.
