In a first, Cameron Diaz will bare it all in the upcoming movie "Sex Tape".
The 41-year-old described the experience of getting naked before the camera for the first time as "just a part of the role".
The actress, who rose to fame with "The Mask", "There's Something About Mary", "Being John Malkovich", "Charlie's Angels" and "Gangs of New York" spoke about her new movie "Sex Tape " and her life's decisions including to not have any children, in an exclusive interview with the Esquire.
Diaz will adorn the cover of the Esquire's July issue.
In "Sex Tape", Diaz and Jason Segal plays the role of a bored couple, who decide to spice up their marriage by filming a sex tape. But the tape gets out of their hands accidentally, and they now have to get it back, before it gets leaked online.
"It's a first for me. But Jason gets naked, too. It's just a part of the role. So I did it. I mean you see everything," CNN quoted Diaz.
However, the nude scenes in the movie are expected to more comical then sleezy. The film is set for a 18 July release.
Diaz also noted that acting is a weird profession but nonetheless she loves to be an actor.
"I found myself (for 'Sex Tape') in a room in the middle of nowhere Massachusetts at 11 at night doing a childbirth scene, and everybody's screaming at one another - Jason, the cameramen, the director. And me acting like I'm trying to push a basketball out of my vajoon. Crazy s--t, right? And the thing is, I always take a moment to say, 'We're lucky. This is a great job. A fun job.'"
The actress, who will turn 42 in August, is currently dating Good Charlotte's Benji Madden. Diaz, however, has no plans to have children.
"I like protecting people, but I was never drawn to being a mother. I have it much easier than any of them. Not having a baby might really make things easier, but that doesn't make it an easy decision."
