Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, the most recent FPS video game from developer Treyarch that was released on 6 November adding to the list of increasing games in the Call of Duty: Black Ops series.
This will be the first time that Black Ops 3 players will be delving into a double XP weekend, which has been reported to be starting from 19 November to 23 November. The event will be starting at 10 am PST/1 pm ET. It will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.
A variant of the Double XP could be made available for Xbox 360 and PS3 too. The double XP weekend event for multiplayer/zombies was a result of a Twitter poll that Treyarch conducted, where pollsters unanimously voted for the event, it revealed in its post.
The double XP event will provide the players an opportunity to earn emblems, player cards and other items while letting them to level up in in-game ranking system.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 faced launch day issues but Activision, its publisher, managed to release fixes and list of bugs to keep its players informed.
Black Ops 3 brings back the popular zombies mode to the game. The game is set in a dystopian world in 2065 and follows the event of Black Ops 2.
The game supports 4-player cooperative gameplay and allows changing of the gender and appearance of its character. Its multiplayer mode has a new momentum-based movement system that lets the characters do some wall running, sliding and complete gun control.
