Tatiana Williams, a transgender woman, has a 60 inch buttock and has spent a whooping £60,000 on black market injections to achieve the same.
The 42-year-old Miami-based entertainer has seen friends die as a consequence of undergoing similar procedures. However, that did not discourage her from getting her dream curves.
"When it comes to injections in my butt, I can't necessarily say but it has to be counted over a hundred injections", Williams, who was born a male, said.
Williams, who spent over 20 years on her body to make it look like what it does today, claims she was ahead of stars like Nicki Minaj and Kim Kardashian when it comes to flaunting body curves.
"I love Kim Kardashian's body. She's beautiful. A lot of people when it comes to me are confusing me as a celebrity. A lot of people like to refer to Nicki Minaj in my a**, that's so funny that they would say I got an a** like Nicki when my first thought was I had ass before I even knew a Nicki or before she even came about. May be I am thinking Nicki got a a** like me", Williams added.
Each of William's butt cheeks are filled with an incredible 8lb of silicone, and she is completely aware of the consequences she faces.
"Going to the black market is a big risk. People can die from these injections", she is quoted as saying by the Mirror.
She stressed that she knows people who have been left unable to function at all due to the black market injections but she has no regrets.
"It's cheaper on the black market and people are willing to take the risks to achieve the beauty", she stated, adding finding such surgeons in the black market is no big deal.
"It's really not hard to find. If you get into the right area, you'll pretty much find someone who is doing it."
Williams has been living her life as a woman ever since she discovered her sexuality in her late teens.
According to the report, plastic surgeon Dr Constantino Mendieta strongly discouraged the use of unauthorised silicon injections and said: "Even though Tatiana has not had any issues up to this point, I would urge people never, ever use these injections in your body. You are playing Russian Roulette."
